The cuff of a sock-in-progress on double-pointed needles. The yarn is self-striping fingering-weight yarn, striping through blue, teal, light tan, and grey. There is a stitch marker with a celtic knot charm clipped into the sock.
Well, there's more progress on the Ar Lan y Môr Socks!  As it is has been very warm here, socks have been the perfect television project, so, that's what I've been working on during zoom calls and other virtual meetings. I confess, part of why I often have my camera off during zoom calls is to be able to knit during meetings!  Other part is because bandwidth is proving an issue, as folks who've watched my Twitch stream can attest to!

Pattern is my Ar Lan y Môr Socks, published in Knotions Magazine.   Sock number one is done, and this is sock number two, so yeay for defeating second sock syndrome!   And yarn is the glorious *TurtlePurl Striped Turtle Toes in the colourway "Winter is Coming".  I don't think that particular colour is available any more, but there's lots of other glorious self-striping yarn in their shop, so, yeay!

I'm getting pretty close to the heel of the second sock, and I admit, I'm a little nervous, I want to make sure the heel stripes line up as close as I can, and I'm hopeful they will, but, we shall see.

Needles are mostly *2.25 mm Hiya Hiya dpns, with two mismatched longer needles, because, organization?  Nope.

The *Celtic Knot Stitch Marker is from *Efficientsense's Etsy Shop. I like that it's a locking stitch marker, so that I can move it up the work as I go.  Plus, having it hooked into the knitting is -so-  much easier then having to fiddle around with a stitch marker on the first stitch of the round on double-pointed needles.

So that's my current knitting progress (there's also some progress coming on the second Garden Trellis Hat, so I'll see how long that takes me to finish!)   How are you folks progressing with your summer knitting projects?  Share in the comments!
