Alright,  so I'm still working on the
second set of Pine Cone Gloves!

I'm just about to start the thumb gusset - and well, that was an adventure! I finally got my hands on some resources for sizing to larger hands, and, well, my sizing was wrong.  Like, badly, wrong.   So, I corrected the pattern and commend the patience of my testers
The cuff of a glove on double-pointed needles. Glove is knit in a knit and purl textured pattern; using light blue fingering-weight yarn. A stitch market with jumping silver dolphins is clipped into the work.

Yarn is *Knit Picks Twill Fingering in "Patchwork Heather" and I'm really, really enjoying it!  I confess, wouldn't have even tried it if the wonderful folks at Knit Picks hadn't suggested it for yarn support; but I'm -so- glad they pointed me at the Twill line of yarn.

Needles are 2mm (US 0) Hiya Hiya double-pointed needles  I did debate about going down to my 1.5 mm (US 000) needles, but I'm honestly glad I didn't, I don't think I'd be happy with the tension.

The stitch marker is a  Dolphin Stitch Marker from NotionsEmporium. (No links this week, as I'm supporting the Etsy Strike and don't want to send any traffic to Etsy.!  Absolutely no fault of NotionsEmporium - a good chunk of my stitch markers come from their shop!)

Got any questions about the Etsy Strike?  Feel free to ask them in the comments!
