It's WIP Wednesday,  and the Pine Cone Gloves continue!  I'm through the thumb gusset, and have the little finger done!
someone wearing a glove-in-progress knit in light blue fingering-weight yarn. The little finger is fully knit, and the remaining fingers are on the needles. The thumb stitches are on scrap yarn. A silver dolphin stitch marker is clipped beside the index finger.
Yarn is *Knit Picks Twill Fingering in "Patchwork Heather" and it's been a great yarn to work with.  My biggest worry when choosing yarn was finding something that had the stitch definition to show the Pine Cone Stitch, but, it looks like this was a really great choice by the folks at Knit Picks (they suggested this yarn to me as yarn support and it was a great call!)

Needles are 2mm (US 0) Hiya Hiya double-pointed needles.  They're holding up well for this project;  and they're sharp enough that I'm not having any trouble with the yarn, without being so sharp they're drawing blood.

The stitch marker is a *Dolphin Stitch Marker from *NotionsEmporium.    I really, really like the markers I've gotten from NotionsEmporium, and they're local-ish to me, so stuff arrives really quickly; but I do wish that they had their own Web Shop.  I'm always wondering just how much of a cut Etsy's taking out of their fees, since stitch markers aren't super expensive.

But anyway, that's this weeks WIP Wednesday!  What are you folks making this week?   As usual, let me know in the comments!
