Welcome back to WIPWednesday!  This time I've got something a little different, the Dr. Who scarf is done!  Now it's just weaving in All. The. Ends.

the wrong-side of a garter stitch scarf. Someone is using a tapestry needle to weave in ends behind the existing stitches.

Most of the yarn in the scarf is *StyleCraft Special DK, with the brown being *Knit Picks Brava Sport in "Brindle."    And I'm weaving in the ends in a manner that yes, is slightly visible, but as the scarf does have a wrong-side (you can see it where the stripe is in the photograph, where the purple and the red stripe change), I'm weaving in all my ends there.

The needle I'm using is a *Clover Darning Needle.  If you're doing any kind of sewing with knitting, it's always best to use a dedicated tapestry or darning needle (they have different names, but it's the same thing) -- that is a needle that has a dull tip, designed for sewing up knitting and crochet.  While you can use a standard hand-sewing needle, I wouldn't suggest it -- most yarns are too thick for the eye of a hand-sewing needle (they're designed for thread), and also, the sharp point means that you could pierce the plies of the yarn and possibly weaken it.

So very, very soon (hopefully later today) the Dr. Who scarf will be completely done and be able to go out to my customer!

What projects have you folks finished off (or, are near to finishing off?)   I'd love to see in the comments! ! (Please, no Ravelry project links though, as Ravelry is, unfortunately, still a seizure risk. But IG posts, Facebook posts, blog posts, or anything else is more then welcome)!
