So for this FO Friday, I finished a Woodland Hat! This is going off to a friend for their birthday -- they will likely have their birthday during the COVID-19 shutdown, and are struggling with the 'no people' requirements right now. So, I'm going to have to figure out how to mail this thing!
I originally planned to make some yarn purchases from a couple of Local Yarn tores, but of the colours my gift-ee requested, they were sold out! So I stash-dove instead! Pink yarn is a very old acrylic I inherited from my mother's stash, while the variegated purple is *Sweet Georgia Trinity Worsted in an older colourway ("Violet Hill")
This has been a lot of my podcast/Netflix knitting, and it's gotten done quite quickly, yeay! What have you folks been knitting/crocheting during this shutdown? Has crafting been helpful to pass the time? Let me know in the comments!
