Well, welcome back to WIP Wed! And the Hooded Cardigan continues -- I'm finished the back and on to the right front!  I've been knitting away to try and get this done!  I'm quite happy with how the shoulders and back are coming together, with no small thanks to Techknitter's amazing tutorials

A dark blue sweater with the right front on a circular needle. The other parts of the sweater are tucked in a yarn bowl under the right front. The right front has been partially bound off for the armhole, and a single-twist cable runs along the other edge of the knitting.
Yarn is Tanis Fiber Arts PureWash Fingering in "Ravine Sea", and I did manage to find my third skein while cleaning up and sorting the yarn bins in my bedroom!  (See, it does sometimes pay to clean your room, folks!)   And I still think I can eek the sweater's smallest size out of 3 skeins.  I'm hoping I can, because there's no way for me to get more of this yarn! So, wish me luck on my potential game of Yarn Chicken!

With only a bit on the Right Front to go, I plan to do the sleeves with the third skein, then alternate the last of skein 2 and skein 3 for the collar and hood, and that should work out, I hope!

Needles are my Addi 3.75 mm needles.  They're one of my few nickel-plated needles; and honestly, I don't notice that much of a difference between these and my aluminum Aeros.  But, they're still quite nice to work with!

And, in my search for Organic Cotton Zippers.  I found these *Organic Cotton Zippers from *The Sewing Retreat! I do wish they came in additional colours, but otherwise, those look like they should work just fine!  It's the same shop I got *the Ribbon for the Legwarmers from, so if the zippers are as nice, that will be perfect!

The *Silver Rose stitch marker that's marking my cable repeat is from *EfficientSense's Etsy Shop.   And yes, I need a stitch marker for a 10 stitch cable repeat.  Eve with the markers, I've still messed it up and had to correct on some rows!  Sometimes I suspect that the simpler something is, the easier it is to mess up!

Anyway, my plan today is to do some more work on this (in additional to other things)  What are your crafty (or, non-crafty) plans for this Work-in-Progress Wednesday?  Let me know in the comments!

Until next week, and Happy Crafting!
