FO Friday: Ice Cream Sundae Socks

Well, welcome back to FO Friday!  It's been a while, hasn't it!  But, I'm quite thrilled now to show off the (finished) Ice Cream Sundae Socks!  They're actually quite finished, the test-knit is completed, and the pattern is with my amazing Tech Editor now!

They were knit on my *2mm HiyaHiya dpns, which makes them quite snug -- it's a good thing that the pattern has a good bit of stretch to it.   Yarn is *Blue Moon Fiber Arts Super Sparkle, in "Queen Frostline Sundae", which was an Eat.Sleep.Knit exclusive colourway from 2017.  Honestly, it was a bit of an impulse purchase, I wasn't sold on it until I started working with it!  But (like I mentioned last post), it knits up very differently from how it looks in the skein.

    I didn't finish anything on Friday - but I sure did buy stuff! I also cast on a new pair of socks from the spoils. :D *sigh* only thing better than a cast-off is a cast-on with pretty yarn! Looking forward to your next livestream!
